Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids, pods, pouches and any opened products cannot be returned unless faulty. Unopened hardware (pod kits and devices) may be returned within 14 days in original condition.
